What devices work with Traction?
Any device (PC, MacBook, iPhone, tablets, etc.) using a modern web browser including Google Chrome and Apple Safari. Chrome is recommended for best performance.
What crop types are supported?
Traction is committed to working with all commonly used crops in the Midwest. As you set up your trial, you may find that your specific crop is not listed. We’ll take note of these other crops so that we can better serve you in the future. This should not prevent you from using the software from a basic accounting standpoint.
Can I manage livestock?
Currently Traction does not support the tracking of individual animals or livestock groups. It will manage your income and expenses associated with livestock but not individual profit centers. If livestock is a key part of your business, let us know and we’ll work toward implementing a solution.
What type of help is included with Traction pricing?
Your subscription includes a dedicated team that can be reached by phone, live chat, or one-on-one video conference. There are also quite a few Knowledge Base articles and videos to assist you. We are committed to helping you every step of the way.
Will the software work in all countries?
Traction only supports US farm operations today. We are working to support other countries in the future. Reach out to us if you are needing Traction outside the US and we’ll keep you posted when it’s ready.
