The web application works on most devices (PC, MacBook, tablets, etc.) using a modern web browser including Google Chrome and Apple Safari. Chrome is recommended for best performance.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, Traction offers a mobile app for soil sampling called Traction Field. It operates seamlessly with Traction and can work with any third-party agricultural mapping solution, available on the Apple App Store.
Can you help me move my customer data to Traction?
The answer to this will likely depend on the current system you are using. During the initial onboarding process, we’ll work with you in moving your customer data to Traction. Our goal is to move as much of your farm data to Traction as possible.
What type of help is included with Traction pricing?
Your subscription includes a dedicated team that can be reached by phone, live chat, or one-on-one video conference. There are also quite a few Knowledge Base articles and videos to assist you, as well as our data transition services. We are committed to helping you every step of the way.
Will the software work in all countries?
Yes, our Agronomy Solutions do support different units of measure for countries outside the US. Currently our software is only available in English but expansion to other translated languages is possible.
