FIELD OPERATIONS
SUB-FIELD CROP ZONE
Summary
You asked, and we delivered. You can now manage multiple crops in the same field and year without workarounds or extra fields. Navigate to Manage Crop Years, pick your year, and add as many crops as you want to each field. Plus, you can adjust the acres for each crop so your records match exactly what’s happening in the field.
Highlights
- Add Multiple Crops to a Field: Track more than one crop in the same field and year, all in one place.
- Customize Crop Acres: Easily adjust the planted acres for each crop to match what went in the ground.
- Accurate Reports: Field Profit Center and other reports reflect the exact acres you’ve entered, so your field profitability and cost per bushel stay spot-on.

INACTIVATE/ACTIVATE EQUIPMENT & PERSONNEL
Summary
Our new Inactive Status feature gives you more control over managing Equipment and Personnel. Keep your data clean and clutter-free by focusing on what’s active, while still holding onto historical records for easy reference and compliance.
Highlights
- Inactive Status: Assign Equipment and Personnel with historical field records or costs as inactive when they are no longer in use.
- Streamlined Data Entry: Inactive objects will be hidden from new selections, ensuring cleaner workflows to prevent outdated records from appearing in new entries.
- Historical Integrity: All historical data, reports, and past records for inactive objects will remain accessible, maintaining full visibility into past operations and transactions.
- Easy Reactivation: Any inactive Equipment and Personnel can be reactivated anytime, restoring full functionality without data loss.
