At Traction Ag, one of our core beliefs is simple: farmers come first. Every decision we make from product updates to the conversations we have in the field is rooted in that commitment. Farming is more than a business; it’s a way of life, shaped by generations of hard work, resilience, and a deep connection to the land.

That’s why we’re proud to bring that same farmer-first focus to Beyond the Bushels, a podcast that shares the real stories behind the rows. Each episode goes beyond yield numbers and technology to highlight the people, families, and traditions that keep agriculture moving forward.

A farmer-first focus

Through virtual conversations, we’re connecting with farmers across the country from the northern plains to the southern delta to share the challenges, triumphs, and lessons that come from life on the farm. These aren’t scripted stories. They’re real conversations about succession planning, community ties, new technology, weather challenges, and the moments that remind us why we do what we do.

Together, Traction Ag and Beyond the Bushels are shining a light on the heart of farming. We're digging into the decisions made around kitchen tables, the lessons passed down from grandparents, and the innovations that help the next generation succeed.

Putting the farmer first means listening, learning, and telling the stories that matter most. Whether you’re in the cab, in the shop, or in the house catching up after a long day, we hope these conversations bring value, connection, and a reminder that you’re not alone in this work.
