NEW PREPAID EXPENSE REPORT

You can now review and manage your prepaid balances more easily with the new Prepaid Expense Report. Traction Plus or Pro required.

Reports → Accounting → Accrual

What’s included:

• View all prepaid expenses with current balances as of a selected date
• Filter by one or more entities
• Drill into individual transactions for quick review
• Print or export to CSV for saving or sharing

IMPROVED CSV BANK IMPORT

We’ve enhanced the way Traction handles bank CSV imports to give you more flexibility and prevent missing transactions. Previously, once imported, the file couldn’t be imported again.

What’s new:

• Transactions with the same amount occurring close together have the option to be matched (if they are the same) or imported as new (if they are different)
• These improvements reduce the chance of missing or duplicating transactions

UPDATE TO CROP YEAR SELECTOR IN INPUTS

We resolved an issue where older crop years were not always selectable when assigning crop inputs. This ensures you can access all relevant crop years without interruption.

What’s updated:

• The selector now includes:
  
  • Any year with Crop Zones assigned
  • The current year
  • The next future year
