FIELD OPERATIONS
INACTIVE STATUS FOR GROWERS, FARMS, FIELDS, AND CROP ZONES
Summary
Our new Inactive Status feature gives you more control over managing Growers, Farms, Fields, and Crop Zones. Keep your data clean and clutter-free by focusing on what’s active—while still holding onto historical records for easy reference and compliance.
Highlights
- Inactive Status: You can now assign any Grower, Farm, Field, or Crop Zone that has historical field records or costs as inactive when they are no longer in use.
- Streamlined Data Entry: Inactive objects will be hidden from new selections, ensuring cleaner workflows and preventing outdated records from appearing in new entries.
- Historical Integrity: All historical data, reports, and past records for inactive objects will remain accessible, maintaining full visibility into past operations and transactions.
- Easy Reactivation: Any inactive Grower, Farm, Field, or Crop Zone can be reactivated anytime, restoring full functionality without data loss.
