We are excited to announce that our latest release includes substantial enhancements to your field analysis. With this update, Traction has been enhanced to precisely capture field operations, cost allocations, and revenue associated with instances of double cropping on a field.
Please note: For customers who used the old methodology for handling double crops, do not delete your old fields as this will also remove the associated data (field records, cost allocations, etc.) Please contact our Success Team to discuss your account.
Basic Accounting
Double Cropping
- Assign crop zones to fields up to five years in the future.
- Filter crop zone list by client, farm, and field names.
- Add any number of crop zones under a field for a given crop year; for example, if you are growing winter wheat and planting soybeans later in the same year, you can simply add a second crop zone.
- Select which crop zones are in production for filtering data coming into the Import Queue.
Crop History Tracking
- See crop zone list by field from one year in the future to three years in the past.
